Refund & Return Policy

At VGR Electronics, we strive to provide genuine, high-quality electronic components sourced from authorized global distributors and manufacturers. Due to the sensitive nature of electronic components and anti-static packaging requirements, returns and refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is incorrect or different from the ordered item.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Customers must notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery if any of the above issues occur.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Electronic components with opened anti-static packaging
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
  • Special procurement or custom-ordered components
  • Bulk or RFQ-based orders confirmed by the customer
  • Products returned after the allowed return window

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, customers must contact our support team with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product name or part number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting images of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Once the request is reviewed and approved, customers will receive instructions for returning the product.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to incorrect or defective items, the return shipping cost may be covered by VGR Electronics. In other cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

5. Inspection and Approval

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the returned products pass inspection and meet the eligibility criteria.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method used for the order. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or banking system.

7. Replacement Orders

In certain cases, we may offer product replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue reported.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched or procured from suppliers, cancellation may not be possible, especially for imported or special procurement items.
