Sangdest Microelectronics (Nanjing) Co., Ltd (SMC) was founded in 1997. We combine first class USA quality design with low-cost Asia manufacturing. We regularly optimize our diodes as well as develop and launch new parts. Flexibility and orientation towards customer requirements is our highest priority. The SMC portfolio ranges from Schottky rectifier diodes, to Zener diodes to transient voltage suppressors.
